Lazy Afternoons

You probably thought we had lost that banner. I wasn’t actually planning this for today, but I had a couple projects come in that seemed pretty easy to do.

Aircraft pokia This project is from [Dave Seltzer]. He modified an Avcomm aviation headset so that he could use it with his cellphone. Aviation headsets have odd sized plugs and are wired kinda weird, but the the hack is pretty clear since everything is annotated

The comments in the psp Dpad hack are hilarious. It’s amazing that some people can act so dumb on the internet.

  • That PSP mod made me laugh. And the new Nintendo controller? My first thoughts were “wtf??”, but I’ve messed with something similar (a wand-style controller) in one of those 3D enviroments at my college and it’s pretty cool. They might be onto something here. But I BET you Mad Katz will make an alternative controller that’s more conventional. I know I would.
