The entry period for the Sci-Fi Contest ended at mid-night yesterday morning. Now’s the time to weigh-in as ten prizes will be awarded based on the community outpouring for the project. Go check out all of the projects that were entered and register your opinion through “Follow Project” and/or “Give a Skull” buttons.
We’re hoping to announce judging decisions for the contest on Thursday, May 8th.
I haven’t had an opportunity to do more than look at a few of the pictures from the project hosting pages, but the host pages have got to be the best thing that’s happened to HaD, and it’s not bad for the community. Instructables is great and all, but isn’t suitable for a build log. I like that the pages here are good for build blogs and works in progress.
Weighing in will be biased since the projects are sorted the same way each time you go to look at them and they cover multiple pages. front page projects will always get more views than the projects buried several pages back.

woah that came round sooner than i thought, hadnt even had a chance to look at what i wanted to do! Two days off a week is not enough!
