1. I have one of these, you unfold it and then blow one end with the other end in paint. It has a spray gun effect (blowgun?)

2. You can use it to spray paint. Put the long end in the paint, swing up the short end and blow throw it. Paint is drawn up and “atomized”. My dad used one to help me paint models about 40 years ago.
