  1. That topic from Erika Earl sounds really interesting. Our old systems are designed to have a predefined GND to Earth voltage offset (Earth potential sits in the middle between VCC and GND). This allows us to detect if either GND or VCC gets connected to Earth somewhere in a cable fault or device failure. I’m curious if there are other systems like this used in the field.
