Note: If you are familiar with the CLI you can skip a lot of this and just call yt-dlp directly from within the ffmpeg cross-platform binary ;-) With no arguments your output will typically be best quality, but all CLI options will typically work as well.

cmdand press ENTERType
yt-dlp -S extPress SHIFT + INS to paste video URL and then press ENTER to start the download
