    Note: If you are familiar with the CLI you can skip a lot of this and just call yt-dlp directly from within the ffmpeg cross-platform binary ;-) With no arguments your output will typically be best quality, but all CLI options will typically work as well.

    1. How to Use YT-DLP
       

      Copy video URL
      Open D:\tmp\videos\
      Press CTRL + L
      Type cmd and press ENTER
      Type yt-dlp -S ext
      Press SHIFT + INS to paste video URL and then press ENTER to start the download
      Type exit and press ENTER to quit cmd window.

      Done in about 20 seconds (incl. download time)
