  1. On the first link: From what I understand Team Xecuter announced yesterday that the info posted is false. teamxecuter.com is down for ‘Maintenance’ right now but a copy of the post is here: psp-hacks.com/2005/07/07/clarification-from-team-xecuter/

  2. Perhaps I shouldn’t have said ‘false’… Misleading is a better word. The follow-up post just sheds some more light on the subject and clarifies the role behind the device pictured. And if Xecuter is indeed right – and a software kernal patch is coming then that’s the day I go out and get a PSP.

  3. seeing this, i was thinking how cool it would be if someone were to do a hack that allowed flight control via an actual ‘cockpit’, complete with joystick, rudders, etc.

cameras mounted in the cockpit of the plane would show the actual view from the plane via monitor in the control cockpit.

    how fun would that be??!

  4. “down or upgrade your PSP firmware”… Damn… read the thing guys: the team xecuter mod won’t allow firmware changing, it was jsut a capability they discovered while developing it… and the info that was released wasn’t false (whatever ass posted that) – it was just taken the wrong way, like this posting about it, and becuase of that they won’t be releasing updates anymore, just products ;). They say software will be released soon to allow you to downgrade – the purpose of this product will be for storage, and will be much smaller than pictured. Team xecuter p0wns.

  5. cut a hole on the lid of the card board chair and line the inside with a garbage bag….and you got yourself a porta-potty. now for me to wash my mouth out with soap.
