  1. Here’s the info for the express elevator link since the site is overloaded:

The designers of some elevators include a hidden feature that is very handy if you’re in a hurry or it’s a busy time in the building (like check-out time in a hotel). While some elevators require a key, others can be put into “Express” mode by pressing the “Door Close” and “Floor” buttons at the same time. This sweeps the car to the floor of your choice and avoids stops at any other floor.

  3. Hmm. Maybe because i only speak english, but i can’t seem to get the pics – to – ascii art to work well.

What i like better is the image-to-ascii feature provided by the msn bot bot2k3 – http://www.bot2k3.net – Command is !ascii

Man i want to go find an elevator with more than two floors now just to try that trick out. My town doesn’t have any big buildings to try it on :(

The ROV is pretty cool, even if it is “remotely operated” via a rope.

And are apple engineers really that dumb to let their imacs get taht hot? A bigger fan wouldn’t kill it….

  4. I’d heard about the elevator hack before, and it does work on (most) otis models I’ve come in contact with… Works in my schools dorm’s… Great little hack especially when no one else knows it – pain in the ass if every one does…

My tip – if you know your school is vunderable, DON’T TELL ANYONE or the wait will be hell. I’ve known about it for a little bit – just find the right elevators and it will work :)

  5. why did you have to put “do not search for tubgirl in google” thats as bad as a ‘wet paint’ sign for gods sake i just had to, luckly i have my screen at a really high res so the thumbnail was tiny but even a quick look at a tiny thumbnail was discusting, eww

  7. go to your room!!! no dessert for you!!! bad!!!

tubgirl is an internet tradition, people go to great lengths to trick others into seeing it. i personally like to put one website in text and link it to the largest tubgirl image i can find, if you go on forums they usually have an option to show text on a link, so you could say “i found blah-blah-blah here” and have “here” be a link, i like to put the full address in the box but make it link to tubgirl.

also, it’s fun to tell people to not google something. works just as well.

p.s. don’t google goatse, which is another internet tradition, and in my opinion, much worse. have fun, try to resist!
