can’t wait for verizon to get their act together and start carrying the treo 650? right now only sprint is the one that has ’em, but a few people over at treocentral have figured out to hack the firmware on the 650 so it’ll work on verizon’s network.

man, i am disappointed that i didn’t think of this when i had the n-gage, most likely because i didn’t like the device and tossed it, but now this mod kit ($15) allows you to leave the n-gage on and swap out games really quickly. nicely done guys.

you might not have this specific phone, but it’s a good mod to learn from if you plan to hack up your current handset. for $10 you can get some super-bright leds (of whatever color) and practically make a new phone. you’d think handset makers would start offering light-brite style phones by now huh?
