I’ll offer $100, cash, now, to any “Personal Finance Manager” who will be able to turn that $100 into $300 within one month.
If that works out, I’ll jack up the offer to $200, if he can flip $200 into $600 in one month.
Because that’s how banks work, you give them $100 and they turn around and loan $90. $100 and $300, in comparison, is tame, only 1/3, and it is quite reasonable.
